Subaru for sale
Subaru (Fuji Heavy Industries until 2017, now Subaru Corporation) built its identity on the symmetrical all-wheel-drive layout paired with horizontally opposed (boxer) engines. The Impreza WRX and STI (GC8 through GDB chassis) carried the turbocharged EJ20 engine and made Subaru a rally staple. The Legacy (BD/BE/BH) offered AWD touring performance marketed to a broader audience. At the kei end, the Sambar (KS4/V series) is a JDM-market micro-truck with rear-engine, four-wheel-drive that has gained a US following after clearing the 25-year rule. Production counts and regional model availability differ meaningfully between JDM-spec and export-spec; buyers importing from Japan should confirm JDM model codes.
