Where do reviews appear?
Seller and buyer reviews appear throughout JDM Buy Sell — on our JDM Dealerships list, on approved vendor seller pages ( see an example ), and on individual listings under the ad owner's username. Reviews are dynamic in nature and constantly changing; new reviews may take 24–72 hours to appear.
How do I leave a review?
To maintain review integrity and prevent spam, our system requires you to establish communication with the seller through our messaging system before leaving a review. Inside the messaging portal, locate the specific seller, click on the "Leave a Review" button, and a review form will appear.
How do I view my reviews?
While logged in, click on My Account, then navigate to Reviews.
How do I dispute a review?
You can initiate a review dispute through the JDM Buy Sell Support Center.
Can I trust these reviews?
Sellers on JDM Buy Sell are required to verify their email and phone number before listing a vehicle for sale.
